We have long time customers that prefer us as their primary installer and we have customers that simply need a single installation. Our projects have ranged from installing a kitchen floor to installing carpet throughout an entire new construction apartment complex. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to conduct commercial and residential installations.

Yes. We will travel to your jobsite or home and do a detailed take off. We also allow this time to be considered a consultation. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you can think of. An estimate will be provided to you within a day or two at most. If you have special circumstances and need an estimate quickly please don’t hesitate to request that. Also please tell us if you need samples of materials provided at the job site for your convenience.

Yes. We provide materials as well! We have a wide variety of different materials for sale. In fact some contractors will have materials selections that they will spec as their product of choice and will use on every job provided by Primus. We will install materials provided by our customer if the products provided meets the needs of the specific job.

Generally, the installer will arrive at the job site between 8:30-9:30 AM. Though there are times when the installer will need to stop for materials prior to going to the job site. We will do our best to communicate if circumstances change.

All jobs are unique in that they present a new set of challenges that need to be addressed. Some take longer than others to complete. With that in mind, please allow patience with the process. We will provide a time frame or a projection of the amount of time or number of days the project will take. Though please be careful not to take that as a guarantee. We will work diligently to complete the project as forecast, and with the best craftsmanship.

Yes. If you do your best to provide the information and resources we need to get the work done, Primus will always do our best to complete the project before your deadline.

Yes. Primus Flooring, LLC. maintains a (1) year labor installation warranty. Please note that the materials have their own wear, use, and defect warranties and are not covered by our labor warranty.

Please request care and maintenance information on the specific product(s) you’re having installed. Maintenance is the key to longevity so please take care of your floors. General guide lines: Maintain your grout!
